Health and Safety Manager - Fitout

I am recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to support our clients project teams across a portfolio of fit-out and refurb schemes. Reporting into the Group Head of Health & Safety. The info is as follows:Key Responsibilities- Act as the lead H&S representative across multiple live projects- Support project teams in maintaining compliance with UK H&S legislation- Coach and guide site teams to manage risk proactively- Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations- Develop and review risk assessments and construction phase plans- Collaborate with project and subcontractor teams to embed H&S culture- Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership- Drive continuous improvement across safety performanceSkills & Experience- Proven H&S Manager experience in fit-out or refurbishment- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation (CDM)- NEBOSH qualification essential; CMIOSH desirable- Experience within ISO-compliant systems- Strong stakeholder management skills- Coaching-led approach with commercial awarenessTPBN1_UKTJ
