As the Bid Manager / Proposal Manager you will:\n

- Take ownership of the entire tender process. \n
- Be responsible for planning, coordinating, writing and submitting high-quality tender responses that consistently achieve the highest possible evaluation scores. \n
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle from opportunity identification through to final submission. \n
- Review tender documentation and develop bid strategies that maximise scoring opportunities. \n
- Produce clear, persuasive and technically accurate tender responses tailored to each client. \n
- Prepare executive summaries, method statements, presentations and supporting documentation. \n
- Support client presentations, clarification meetings and post-tender interviews. \n

- Previous experience managing competitive tender submissions. \n
- Proven track record of producing successful, high-quality bids. \n
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills. \n
- Strong project management and organisational abilities. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines. \n
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. \n
- Experience of commercial cleaning. \n
- Facilities Management. \n
