Job Title: Newly Qualified Mortgage Broker (Leads Provided)\n

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic per annum + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £60,000 – £100,000+ per annum

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough financial fact-finds to understand client needs and aspirations.
\n
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage and life insurance products from a comprehensive lender panel.
\n
• Guide clients seamlessly through the application process from initial consultation to completion.
\n
• Cross-sell relevant protection and insurance products to ensure comprehensive client coverage.
\n
• Maintain strict adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

• CeMAP Qualification: Full CeMAP (1, 2, and 3) is essential (recently qualified candidates welcome).

• Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner and an ability to break down complex financial details simply.
