Motor Mechanic Vehicle Trainer

Michelle Denny Recruitment is supporting the training organisation Open Road in Thetford. They are looking to find someone with real motor trade experience who wants to make a difference to young people, in the position of Motor Mechanics Vehicle Trainer. If you know your way around a workshop and enjoy helping others learn, this role has real purpose and impact. Salary is £30,000pa, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. You don't need to be a teacher - just someone with solid motor vehicle knowledge, patience and a steady, supportive approach.What you'll be doing:\n

• Supporting young people with hands-on motor vehicle tasks

• Showing safe, confident workshop techniques
\n
• Helping them understand IMI theory and qualification work
\n
• Building their confidence, skills and belief
\n
• Keeping the workshop positive, structured and safe

The Details: Working on the Shadwell Estate in Thetford Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Occasional travel to the King's Lynn site £30,000 per year based on 37 hours a week, paid monthly.How to apply: Please apply online.
