Service Advisor

£30,000 - £38,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Honiton.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. • Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.
\n
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
\n
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
\n
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
\n
• Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
\n
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
\n

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
\n
• A professional, positive and team-focused attitude.
\n
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
\n

• £30,000 - £38,000 annual earnings (including bonus).
