Your future, your role

\n

As an Environments and Release Lead, youll be:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Responsible for coordinating and controlling IT environments and release activity across cloud and on-premise services

  • \n
  • \n

    Ensuring systems are ready, stable, secure, and available to support testing, deployment, and business change

  • \n
  • \n

    Leading release planning, environment readiness, governance, and go-live coordination so that change is introduced in a controlled, repeatable, and low-risk way across the organisation

  • \n
  • \n

    Combining operational leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on oversight of release and environment processes

  • \n
  • \n

    Working with Product Owners, Service Managers, Project Managers, technical teams, and suppliers to agree on release scope, entry criteria, and deployment approach

  • \n
  • \n

    Reviewing and validating implementation plans, building completeness, test strategies, test evidence, and readiness criteria before release approval

  • \n
  • \n

    Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks relating to environments, deployment, release scheduling, service continuity, and operational readiness

  • \n
\n

You will have:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Proven experience in change management, release management, environment management, or service transition

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience coordinating releases across cloud and on-premise environments

  • \n
  • \n

    A strong understanding of change, release, and service management principles

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience working with stakeholders, service teams, technical teams, and third-party suppliers

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills

  • \n
  • \n

    The ability to identify and manage risk, dependencies, and operational readiness concerns

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience supporting CAB, go-live, and deployment planning activities

  • \n
  • \n

    A service-focused approach with strong ownership and initiative

  • \n
\n
