Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing EngineerWe're currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join an internationally established manufacturing team on a long term contract (outside IR35) You'll play a key role in improving processes, optimising equipment, reducing waste, and supporting new product launches while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities*Support and document production trials and equipment acceptance activities.*Develop and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reduce scrap.*Analyse manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.*Develop plant layouts and conduct capacity studies.*Support PFMEA, DFM/A, ergonomic assessments, and engineering documentation.*Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement solutions.*Promote and maintain strong 5S, Health & Safety, and quality standards.About You*Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.*Manufacturing or industrial process experience.*Strong understanding of process flow and plant layout.*Proficient in AutoCAD.*Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.If you believe you have the required skills and experience please apply now!TPBN1_UKTJ
