This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position within a fast-paced production environment.The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling high-quality automotive components while working to strict production schedules and quality standards.Key Responsibilities Assembly of automotive parts and componentsUsing hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyFollowing engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specificationsConducting quality checks throughout the assembly processMeeting production targets and tight deadlinesMaintaining a clean and organised work areaAdhering to health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting team objectives within a fast-paced manufacturing environmentRequirements Previous experience within the automotive industry or a manufacturing/production environment is essentialExperience using hand tools is requiredExperience using power tools is desirableAbility to work accurately and efficiently under pressureComfortable working to tight deadlines and production targetsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a teamFlexibility to work rotating shiftsBenefits Competitive hourly ratesEnhanced pay for late shift hoursMonday to Thursday working patternOpportunity to secure a permanent contractOngoing training and developmentImmediate starts availableTPBN1_UKTJ
