Supervisor- PlannedMust have SSSTSKentUp to £38k plus van and fuel cardOur Client, a leading construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their planned works division.In a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Management of sub-contractors & direct operativesAdmin tasksManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staffPre & post inspections of worksHealth & safety & quality checksSign off Properties after works have been completedConduct Regular toolbox talks with the teamMonthly Van inspectionsEnsure compliance within the company following company policies and proceduresHealth and Safety compliance maintainedAllocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently.Positive attitude towards work and to work in a growing businessTeam KPIs,Managing inventoriesLead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct toMy client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned works projects.
