Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) Location: Central London (Zones 13)Salary: £45,000Benefits: Travel Card ProvidedHours: Monday to FridayThe Opportunity We are currently seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.This is an excellent opportunity for either an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer looking for a varied role across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high level of service to clients and building occupiers.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sitesDiagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services equipmentMaintain plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, power, and associated systemsConduct routine inspections and ensure plant is operating efficientlyComplete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accuratelyLiaise with site contacts, tenants, and contractors professionallyEnsure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety proceduresSupport minor installation and remedial works where requiredAbout You Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)Experience working within commercial building maintenance environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving abilitiesGood understanding of building services systems and statutory complianceExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload across multiple sitesWhat's on Offer £45,000 salaryTravel Card providedMonday to Friday working patternDiverse portfolio of commercial buildings across Central LondonOngoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive team environment with opportunities for progressionTPBN1_UKTJ
