They combine the stability of an established brand with the ambition of a business investing in growth, backed by a strong order book, a robust pipeline, and a reputation for quality and reliability across the sector.The TerritoryA key growth patch covering the whole of Scotland, with the Central Belt at its heart.The RoleReporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will take full ownership of new business development across the territory, including:Winning new accounts direct with main contractors, roofing contractors, FM providers, and commercial end usersManaging the full sales cycle, from prospecting and specification through to negotiation and closeBuilding and maintaining a strong project pipeline, tracking schemes from planning through to deliveryDeveloping long-term relationships with buyers, quantity surveyors, site teams, and technical decision-makersWorking field-based with genuine autonomy and no micromanagementThe PersonWe're less concerned with a perfect CV and more interested in the right attitude and potential.
