If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.About the roleValpaks Environmental Compliance Management (ECM) team assist companies with compliance with international environmental legislation and work closely with our partner companies across Europe to fulfil this service.The International Account Coordinator plays a key role in the service offering of Valpaks ECM services. The role involves undertaking research into the requirements of environmental compliance legislation overseas, confirming companies obligations and assisting with their compliance. The International Account Coordinator manages the accounts and is responsible for ensuring customers compliance outside of the UK; this includes activities such as liaising with overseas compliance schemes, advising on forecasts and invoices, manipulating, checking and submitting data.Key accountabilitiesProvide excellent customer serviceHandle customer accountsFirst point of contact for phone calls and incoming emailsAttend sales and client meetingsExplaining and selling International Environmental Compliance services to prospective clientsFollowing up all leads and opportunities and attending sales meetings where necessaryUndertake research into environmental legislation, developing a comprehensive understanding of the regulationsDevelop a good understanding of the requirements placed on organisations so that swift and accurate responses can be providedUnderstand legislation enough to manage companies compliance on their behalfAct as a special point of contact for the extended team, becoming an expert on the legislation of a specific countryDevelop and maintain a comprehensive set of resources Run regular training sessions for the wider teamEffectively communicate with stakeholders from other Reconomy brands Ensure any key changes are communicated to the teamWrite in depth compliance reports for clientsEnsure clients gain a clear understanding of their obligations under various legislationScheme registrationCompletion of legal documentation, coordinating with various authorities, schemes, and the clientWhat we need from youSkillsExcellent organisational skills, and customer service standardsCompetency to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload with limited supervisionConfident, positive, proactive, enthusiastic natureHighly IT literate in MS suiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQualificationsFull, clean UK driving licence.Minimum: Educated to at least A level standard or equivalentDesirable: Educated to Degree level or equivalent.What we offerDual Location / Hybrid worker StatusParticipation in our annual Incentive Plan (VIP) - up to 10% bonus25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, volunteering day and your birthday off!Option to buy and sell up to 9 days annual leaveAccess to voluntary benefits including private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, and subsidised gym membershipAutomatic inclusion in Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Disability Income protection schemesPension scheme up to 8% employer contributionAccess to reward & discount platformWellbeing initiativesTPBN1_UKTJ
