Part-Time Cleaner

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Cleaner in ArbroathKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and washrooms.Vacuum carpets and mats.Sweep and mop hard floors.Dust and wipe desks, furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces.Empty waste and recycling bins.Clean and sanitise kitchen and restroom facilities.Replenish consumables, including soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.Clean internal glass, doors, and partitions.Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or stock shortages.Follow company health and safety procedures.Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard and schedule.Person SpecificationEssential RequirementsMust have previous cleaning experienceGood attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.Good time-management skills.Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties.Understanding of workplace hygiene and cleanliness standards.Desirable RequirementsPrevious experience cleaning offices or commercial properties.Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.Experience using professional cleaning equipment and materials.Basic communication skills in English.Skills and CompetenciesAttention to detail.Organisational skills.Dependability and reliability.Ability to follow instructions.Customer-focused approach.Awareness of health and safety practices.Working ConditionsEarly morning, evening, or flexible working hours may be required.May involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment.Use of cleaning chemicals and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines.ShiftsMonday - Friday 6am-10am, however we can be flexible with later start / finish timesPay£12.71 per hourOngoing workJDR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.JDRNorthWestWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
