HR Manager - 12 month FTC

Morson are currently partnering with a professional services organisation in Leeds City Centre that's looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its wonderful HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner who enjoys operating strategically while remaining hands-on. You'll lead and mentor a small HR team, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver a full spectrum of HR support across the business.Salary is between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE and hybrid working is offered with 3 days in the Leeds City Centre office per week. Occasional travel to the London office will also be required.The Role:Lead a small HR team including HR AdvisorsOversee day to day HR operationsAct as an escalation point for complex ER issuesProvide expert advice disciplinary, grievance, and performance mattersPartner with the Talent Manager to oversee recruitment strategy and deliverySupport workforce planning and hiring in a competitive professional services marketPartner with senior managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutionsInfluence and coach leaders on people related mattersAct as a trusted advisor across the businessLead or contribute to HR projectsDrive continuous improvement in HR processesMaintain and update HR policies and proceduresSupport audits and regulatory requirements where neededRequirements:Proven experience as a HR Manager or HR Business PartnerExperience of managing or mentoring HR team membersStrong employee relations expertiseSolid understanding of UK employment lawAbility to manage competing priorities under pressureStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsCIPD Level 5 qualifiedTPBN1_UKTJ
