Job Description:Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are currently recruiting Clinical Trial Assistants for our client in the Swansea area.This is a great opportunity to join a growing clinical research team at an exciting stage of expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport preparation of clinical trial documentation and study activitiesRecruit, onboard, and maintain communication with trial participantsConduct informed consent (training provided)Schedule and coordinate participant appointments and trial visitsSupport delivery of protocol-led procedures (e.g. treatments, photography, skin measurements)Monitor participant wellbeing and escalate any adverse events or concernsAccurately complete Case Report Forms (CRFs) and maintain trial dataEnsure adherence to study procedures and maintain confidentialitySupport inventory and clinical supplies managementAssist with SOP updates and continuous improvement activitiesEssential RequirementsStrong organisation and attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional mannerComfortable working with people in a clinical/participant-facing environmentAbility to put participants and trialists at easeAble to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesReliable, proactive, and willing to learnGood IT skills (Microsoft Office)Desirable Requirements1-3 years in clinical research or a related fieldPrevious experience with clinical trial documentation or administration preferredFamiliarity with GCP guidelines, ICH regulations and regulatory submission processesHours of Work(Hybrid Working)Standard hours: MondayFriday, 9am5pmFlexible options: Monday to Thursday,7:30am4:30pm, Friday, 7:30am12:30pmTrial Weeks (On-site Required)Shift patterns: 7:00am1:30pm or 1:00pm8:00pmWork from home available after meeting with participantsOffice Attendance RequirementFull office attendance required during training periodFull office attendance required during trial weeksAdditional BenefitsFull training provided prior to trial startOpportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with new lab and cosmetic research facilitiesSalary£27,000 - £28,000For more information please email or call our office on 01656 767778.TPBN1_UKTJ
