Site Supervisor - Retail Park ProjectWorcester22-Week Contract | Start Mid-JulyI'm currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor delivering a retail park project in Worcester.This is a 22-week contract starting in mid-July, working on behalf of a nationally recognised retail brand.The project includes a mix of demolition, cladding, groundworks and external works , and you'll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to programme.Responsibilities:Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of the projectSupervising trades, subcontractors and site labourMaintaining high standards of health & safety across siteManaging barriers, exclusion zones and general site safetyCoordinating daily activities and monitoring progressLiaising with subcontractors and the client teamReporting progress, issues and updates to the Site ManagerHelping to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standardRequirements:SSSTS (essential)CSCS CardPrevious experience in a supervisory role within constructionStrong understanding of site health & safetyGood communication and organisational skillsWe're happy to consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including civils, groundworks, fit-out, demolition or other construction trades .
