Electrical Engineer Foot MobileLocation: Enfield & Central London Salary: £45,000 Benefits: Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Hours: Monday to FridayThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in a foot mobile role.This position is ideal for an engineer who lives in Enfield or the surrounding area, as you'll spend 23 days per week based at a busy shopping centre in Enfield, with the remaining days covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied role, combining the consistency of a primary site with exposure to multiple prestigious commercial buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systemsDiagnose and repair faults on lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systemsSupport the maintenance of mechanical and building services equipment where requiredCarry out routine plant room inspections and ensure equipment is operating efficientlyComplete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accuratelyLiaise professionally with clients, tenants, and contractorsEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulationsIdentify opportunities for remedial works and plant improvementsAbout YouFully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)Experience working within commercial building maintenanceStrong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skillsGood understanding of building services and plant room environmentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently across multiple sitesIdeally based in or around EnfieldWhat's on Offer£45,000 salaryZone 1 & 2 Travel Card providedMonday to Friday working pattern23 days based at a shopping centre in Enfield with the remainder covering commercial sites across LondonVaried and rewarding role with a supportive engineering teamOngoing training and career development opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
