You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where your input is valued, and your development is encouraged.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and day-to-day HR support across the business, ensuring a consistent, compliant and people-centric approach.You'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Recruitment and the wider business, delivering a responsive and professional service while helping to continuously improve processes and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Employee SupportDeliver first-line HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, employee relations and family leaveProvide a responsive and high-quality service to managers and employees across multiple sitesManage HR queries via the shared inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responsesMaintain and update HR systems (Cascade), ensuring data integrity and accurate reportingSupport with HR reporting and insights to inform business decisionsAssist with absence management, disciplinary and grievance processesPrepare documentation, attend meetings and provide note-taking support where requiredContribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and service deliveryRecruitment & Onboarding SupportSupport end-to-end recruitment activity, including advertising, screening, interview coordination and offer managementWork collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager on attraction campaigns across digital platforms and eventsBuild and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and stakeholdersEnsure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeySupport onboarding processes, including contracts and induction materialsTrack recruitment activity and provide data to support KPIs and planningPromote fair, inclusive and diverse hiring practices aligned to business valuesPolicy, Process & EngagementSupport the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and standard operating processesContribute to the creation of self-service tools and knowledge resources to support managers and employeesPromote engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience and understanding of HR processesDiversity & InclusionSupport delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives and engagement forumsContribute to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to succeedPartner with internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful progress in D&IAbout YouYou will bring strong HR generalist experience, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
