Customer Service Administrator (Transport & Logistics) Bardon Industrial Estate, CoalvilleMonday to Friday | 10am - 7:00pm£12.90 Permanent OpportunityThe Agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics business based in Bardon Industrial Estate for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy transport operation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, drivers and the transport team to ensure deliveries run smoothly.The Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing first-class administrative support while acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.Your duties will include:Providing excellent customer service via telephone and emailResponding to customer queries and resolving issues professionallySupporting the transport team with day-to-day administrationProcessing transport paperwork and documentation accuratelyUpdating transport management and booking systemsMonitoring deliveries and communicating any delays or issuesMaintaining accurate records, reports and customer informationWorking closely with drivers, planners and warehouse teamsCarrying out general administrative duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships with customers.You'll ideally have:Previous administration and customer service experienceExperience within transport, logistics or distribution (desirable but not essential)Strong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailThe ability to prioritise workload in a busy environmentA positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learnWhat's on Offer?
