Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a Resource Planning Manager in the Stafford area.Details of a Resource Planning ManagerStaffordMonday - Friday45hrs per week£45'000 per annumRole of a Resource Planning ManagerTake centralised ownership of operational scheduling and resource planning across all service lines.Identify and proactively address downtime, underutilisation and scheduling inefficiencies.Work proactively to reduce unnecessary overtime, downtime and inefficient travel.Own technician utilisation performance across the operational workforce and monitoring performance.Requirements of a Resource Planning ManagerPrevious experience in operational scheduling, workforce planning or resource planning within a field-based operational environment.Ability to assess operational workloads, labour requirements and resource allocation across varying job types and customer environments.Experience producing operational reporting, forecasting and utilisation analysis.Strong IT capability including Microsoft Office.If you are interested in the above role, please click applyTPBN1_UKTJ
