This is a career development opportunity designed to strengthen estate-based management and enhance services for our tenants and communities.In this role, you will support the delivery of tenancy and estate management functions, working closely with colleagues, partners, and other public services. Key responsibilities include contributing to Patch Action Plans, assisting with housing advice, and supporting health and safety assessments. You will help maintain accurate tenant and leaseholder profiles, promote local involvement, and assist with initiatives that improve service performance.This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to build positive relationships.
