Lead Customer Project Manager (healthtech) Remote (UK)|Monthly client site visits|10% Bonus, Healthcare, Pension + moreWere looking for a Lead Customer Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our customer implementation and change portfolio. Youll ensure projects and programmes land on time, in scope, on budget, and to a high quality standard while shaping how our customers learn to get the most out of our products.This is a hybrid leadership role: part portfolio/project management, part training and consultancy, part people leadership. Youll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and your own team to turn complex requirements into clear implementation plans, effective training, and measurable success.What you'll do Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of customer implementations and change initiatives, including planning, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder reportingDefine and own the approach to customer learning facilitation methods, learning materials, and how training effectiveness and adoption are measuredDesign and deliver training pathways that drive product uptake, satisfaction, and retention, refining them based on feedback and adoption dataTranslate customer needs into implementation plans, configuration decisions, training outcomes, and success criteriaLead day-to-day team operations: resourcing, prioritisation, timelines, and performance against target metrics, stepping in with corrective action when neededBuild strong relationships across stakeholders and customers, acting as a trusted point of escalation and assuranceDrive continuous improvement and embed best practice across the delivery functionContribute customer and delivery insight back into product developmentWhat you'll bring Proven leadership experience in a technology, implementation, or consulting environmentDemonstrable portfolio and project management experience planning, governance, RAID management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery to time/scope/budgetExperience designing and delivering training, including facilitation, learning material creation, and measuring effectiveness/adoptionBackground in veterinary or health industry preferred (or equivalent operations experience), with a strong grasp of end-user workflowsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfort working with complex technology products and translating them into practical customer outcomesWhat's on offer 10% annual bonusHealthcarePensionRemote working (UK-based) with monthly client site visitsA genuinely cross-functional role with real ownership over delivery and learning strategyTPBN1_UKTJ
