HR & AI Systems ArchitectUK Remote£85,000We are looking for an experienced HR & AI Systems Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of a global HR technology ecosystem.This is a senior individual contributor position at the intersection of HR technology, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and AI innovation . You'll be responsible for defining architecture strategy, driving modern integration approaches, and helping shape how AI enhances HR processes and employee experiences across a complex global organisation.This role would suit an experienced HR Technology Architect, HRIS Architect, Oracle HCM Architect, or Enterprise Systems Architect with deep expertise in HR platforms and integrations.RoleYou'll take ownership of the end-to-end HR technology architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready. Working closely with HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners, you'll influence strategic technology decisions while remaining close to solution design and delivery.Key responsibilities include:Leading architecture across a complex HR technology landscapeDefining integration strategies and API-first approachesDesigning scalable and reusable enterprise integrationsEstablishing architecture standards, governance, and best practicesDriving HR technology modernisation initiativesIdentifying and delivering AI-driven solutions and automation opportunitiesSupporting HR data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilitiesActing as a trusted technical advisor to business and technology stakeholdersSkills and ExperienceSignificant experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture rolesDeep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud , including architecture, integrations, security, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and configurationStrong experience designing and delivering enterprise integrationsExperience with Boomi or another enterprise integration platformExcellent understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration patternsExperience defining architecture roadmaps and technology standardsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leadersExperience working within large, complex enterprise environmentsDesirableServiceNow HRSDEightfold AI or other talent intelligence platformsLearning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Absorb, etc.)Azure cloud technologiesAI and automation solutions within HR environmentsPower BI or enterprise analytics platformsDevOps, CI/CD, Agile or SAFe delivery approachesHR data architecture and governanceIf you have the relevant skills and experience for this role, please apply using the link provided.TPBN1_UKTJ
