This is a fantastic opportunity to supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain engaged and on task in the absence of their usual teacher.What You'll Do: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staffDeliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain focused on their workMaintain a positive and productive classroom environmentManage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policiesProvide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviourSupport the wider school team where requiredWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience working in a UK secondary school as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar roleConfident managing classrooms across a range of subjectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent behaviour management skillsThe ability to work independently and adapt to different classroom environmentsA degree or relevant education experience is desirable but not essentialWhy Winner Education?
