HR Advisor

HR Advisor Location: Broughton, Flintshire (4 days per week on site) Rate: £21.00 per hour PAYE Contract: 6 MonthsWe have one 35-hour contract and one 21-hour contract available.Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading global aerospace and defence client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on an initial six-month contract.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented HR professional to support HR Business Partners in delivering a high-quality HR service. You'll play a key role in ensuring HR policies are applied consistently, managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting a range of operational HR activities.Key Responsibilities Support HR Business Partners with annual HR processes including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus administration.Manage employee lifecycle transactions within Workday and SAP, from onboarding through to offboarding.Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.Produce regular HR reports and metrics, including headcount and absence reporting.Coordinate HR review meetings and ensure managers provide timely and accurate information.Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings.Arrange and assist with medical capability meetings where required.Support recruitment activities and process formal job offers.About You Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or HR Administration role.Experience using Workday and/or SAP is desirable.Confident using Google Workspace applications for reporting and data management.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.If you're an experienced HR professional looking for your next contract opportunity with a world-leading organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
