With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service, maintenance and project support across critical commercial environments, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its people and future growth.This role offers a strong blend of hands-on engineering, technical development, and genuine long-term career progression, including opportunities to move into more project-led or senior technical positions.Chiller Engineer Role Overview As a Chiller Engineer / Senior Chiller Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a wide range of chiller systems across commercial and critical infrastructure sites.Key responsibilities include:Service, maintenance and reactive repair of chiller systemsFault finding, diagnostics and technical troubleshootingSupporting air conditioning systems where requiredAttending breakdowns and carrying out emergency repairsEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardProviding technical support and recommendations to clients on-siteYou will work across a varied portfolio of sites, including complex and technically demanding environments.Chiller Engineer Candidate CriteriaWe are keen to speak with engineers who have strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.You will ideally have:Proven experience working on chiller systemsGood all-round knowledge of air conditioning / HVAC systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic abilityExperience within data centres or critical environments (highly desirable)F-Gas qualification (essential)Full UK Driving LicenceThe Person The client values attitude, reliability and ambition just as highly as technical capability.
