An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Twickenham.

Working within a busy Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, helping to ensure the smooth progression of property transactions whilst delivering an excellent standard of client care.

• Preparing legal correspondence and documentation using audio and copy typing
\n
• Diary management and arranging appointments
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
\n
• Opening, maintaining and closing legal files
\n
• Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
\n
• Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the Conveyancing team
\n

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Conveyancing is essential
\n
• Excellent audio and copy typing skills
\n
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
\n
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
\n
• Able to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team
\n

• Salary of £27,000 - £29,000, depending on experience
