Corporate Paralegal

Fully Remote - Corporate Paralegal - Up to £32,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm. Supporting a highly regarded Corporate team, you will work on a broad range of high-value domestic and cross-border transactions while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.

Role

• Support a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM and corporate reorganisations
\n
• Conduct due diligence, document reviews and manage virtual data rooms
\n
• Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, completion checklists and closing bibles
\n
• Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions, Companies House filings and other corporate documents under supervision
\n
• Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
\n
• Support transaction execution, including signing processes, DocuSign coordination and post-completion activities
\n
• Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support document management and transaction delivery
\n
• Work closely with Partners, Fee Earners and business services teams to deliver high-quality client service
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• At least two years' Corporate Paralegal experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment
\n
• Experience supporting corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital or corporate governance matters
\n
• Strong understanding of Companies House filings, due diligence and transaction processes
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
\n
• Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
\n
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across legal and business services teams
\n
• Experience using legal technology platforms and document management systems is advantageous
\n
