\nJoin a respected specialist education charity and enjoy consistent Monday to Friday hours, the use of a company van during the working day, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of properties across Birmingham. As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll play a key role in refurbishment and maintenance projects, with an immediate focus on plastering works within student accommodation.\n
\nI'd be keen to speak to anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Maintenance Operative, Property Maintenance Technician, or Plasterer.\n
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out plastering works as part of student accommodation conversion projects
\n
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance across the college estate and local properties
\n
• Undertaking basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating where required
\n
• Working alongside the existing maintenance team to deliver high-quality repairs
\n
• Maintaining a safe and professional working environment
\n

\n
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:\n
\n

\n
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plastering
\n
• Strong plastering experience within domestic or commercial properties
\n
• Multi-trade experience including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating or general maintenance
\n
• A current Enhanced DBS certificate
\n
• A reliable and hardworking approach with excellent team-working skills
\n

This Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:\n
\n

\n
• Temporary contract for approximately 68 weeks with potential to continue until the end of August
\n
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
\n
• Overtime opportunities available by agreement
\n
• Use of a works van during working hours
\n
• Tools provided if required
\n
• Weekly pay
\n
