Overview
\n We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our logistics and supply chain team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing various administrative functions related to warehouse operations, transportation management, and process optimisation.

Monday-Friday.

07:00-15:30

£12.71 p/h

Temp to Perm.

Responsibilities

\n
• Oversee category management activities to ensure stock levels and product classifications are optimised.
\n
• Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to coordinate shipments, track inventory, and streamline workflows.
\n
• Support third-party logistics (3PL) providers in coordinating shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
\n
• Manage shipping documentation, customs compliance, and delivery schedules in accordance with organisational standards. .
\n
• Coordinate materials handling activities including picking & packing operations within the warehouse environment.
\n

Skills

\n
• Proven experience in category management, process optimisation, and supply chain logistics.
\n
• Strong understanding warehouse management systems (WMS).
\n
• ping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques.
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Warehouse experience including picking & packing processes is highly desirable.
\n
• PC literate including use of Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, outlook & PP)
\n
• MHE CB & Reach licence is desirable but will be trained if not.
\n
• positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
\n
