\nThe Role
\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support students both academically and personally. You may provide whole-class support, work with small groups, or offer one-to-one assistance to students who require additional help.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Assisting students in the classroom to help them achieve their potential. \n
- Working with small groups and individual students. \n
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning. \n
- Supporting students with additional educational needs where required. \n
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. \n
What We're Looking For

- A passion for working with young people. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- A patient, flexible and positive approach. \n
- Previous experience working with children, young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. \n
- Graduates, aspiring teachers and experienced Teaching Assistants are all encouraged to apply. \n
