Painter & Decorator - Middlesex

Morgan Hunt currently requires a Painter & Decorator for NHS based in MiddlesexPay Rate: £18ph to 20ph LtdHours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm FriLocation: MiddlesexDuration 3 months on going contractSuitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be providedRole details:Details of assignment:

Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.

Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to building fabric, equipment and services.

Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.

Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulation

Some experience in building works e.g. painting and decorating

Qualification required:

National Certificate City & Guilds or equal NVQ Level 2 with relevant post experience

The post requires a Standard DBS Recognised Painting qualification or approved training scheme plus relevant experience

Full clean Manual Driving Licence

DBS cleared

Working days and hours: Mondays - Thursday 8am to 4.30pm; Friday 8am - 4p
