As the on-site Major Works Manager, your projects will safeguard the estates fabric and elevate everyday life for a diverse, engaged community.ROLE EXPECTATIONSYou will lead the planning, consultation, procurement and delivery of major works and long-term asset projects across the estate. Most days youll balance time on site inspecting areas, meeting contractors, project planning, project cycle management, reporting and budget control.
