FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative – Coatbridge, North LanarkshirePeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing full-time work, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Counterbalance Driver, Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, or LLOP Driver .Shifts• Sunday to Thursday• Approx. 17:00 – 02:30• Immediate starts availableRates of Pay• £13.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks• Increasing to £13.89 per hour from week 13 onwardsBenefitsAs an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative , you will receive:• Weekly pay• Full-time ongoing work• Opportunity to secure a permanent position• Full site induction before starting• Career development opportunities• Supportive and friendly warehouse team• Immediate starts availableDay-to-Day DutiesAs an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative , your duties will include:• Voice picking customer orders accurately• Packing products ready for dispatch• Pallet wrapping and securing goods for transport• Operating an LLOP within the warehouse• Operating an FLT when required• Loading and unloading vehicles• Supporting general warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations• Manual handling of products weighing approximately 20–30kg• Maintaining stock accuracy and keeping warehouse areas organised• Following all health and safety procedures and company policiesEssential SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment• A valid Counterbalance or Reach Truck FLT licence• In-house FLT licences or RTITB qualifications accepted with relevant FLT experience• Voice picking experience is highly desirable• LLOP experience is advantageous• The ability to carry out manual handling duties involving products weighing 20–30kg• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a teamDesirable Experience• Previous experience working within a distribution or logistics warehouse• Experience operating warehouse MHE equipment in a busy environmentTraining Provided• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignmentApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity as an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative , click apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.TPBN1_UKTJ
