This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of recruitment across a broad range of corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire the very best talent across multiple international markets.This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategies, champion an outstanding candidate experience and play a key role in shaping talent acquisition across the business.The RoleAs Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of central functions including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, Property, People, Procurement, Legal and Strategy across the UK and international markets.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other direct sourcing methods.Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Advising hiring managers on best practice interviewing and inclusive hiring techniques.Monitoring recruitment metrics and using data to improve hiring performance and identify the most effective sourcing channels.Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.Leading creative sourcing campaigns for niche and hard-to-fill vacancies.Working closely with the wider People team to support recruitment initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Driving consistent and efficient recruitment processes across multiple international locations.About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.You'll ideally have:Previous in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner experience.Experience recruiting across corporate or central functions.Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and advise when needed.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in promoting inclusive hiring practices.What's on Offer?Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the London office.The opportunity to join a growing international business with an ambitious people agenda.A collaborative and supportive People team.A broad, varied role with exposure to multiple business functions and international markets.The chance to make a real impact by shaping talent acquisition strategy and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.If you're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for your next challenge in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, I'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
