This is a temporary vacancy with an opportunity with ongoing work for the right candidate.What's in it for you?* Consistent Work: Monday to Friday shifts, starting at 06:00am* Long shift patterns available* Team-based role: Work in pairs to share the workload* Free on-site parking ??* Full onboarding support before your first shift* Manageable workload: Typically 7-10 deliveries per day, including installationYour Role* Manual handling: Deliver and install furniture (up to 50kg) as part of a 2-person team* Safe & efficient deliveries: Ensure all drops are completed accurately and on time while following safety procedures* Customer service: Maintain a professional, polite, and presentable manner when interacting with customers* Installation duties: Assemble furniture using tools such as an electric drill ??* Communication: Stay in regular contact with the depot and customers to ensure smooth operationsRequirements* Minimum 1 year's experience as a van driver* Must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years* No more than 6 penalty points* Minimum age: 25 (insurance requirement)* Physically fit with good attention to safe handling of goods* Reliable, punctual, and committed to strong attendance* Willing to complete an online induction before starting* Available for an immediate start in LichfieldPay & Benefits* £13.40 per hour + £1.86 holiday entitlement ??* Holiday entitlement + pension auto-enrolment* Weekly pay with accurate payslips* No registration or sign-up feesWhile working with Pure Staff, you'll be paid directly via PAYE-no umbrella companies, no hidden fees, and no outsourced payroll.
