The role includes stock monitoring, reporting, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the system.Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with system records.Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all stock movements are properly documented.Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.Generate stock reports for management as needed.Organize stock storage for efficient access and minimal damage/loss.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in stock handling.Participate in stock takes and assist in improving stock control procedures.Requirements:Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations needed.Good understanding of stock control systems and warehouse processes.Proficient in using inventory software and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Free parkingOn-site parkingCanteenBenefits:Free parkingOn-site parkingTPBN1_UKTJ
