Business Readiness Consultant l Implementation l Training l Workshops l Wealth management l 6-Month Contract | £600 per day | Outside IR35 l Hybrid LondonWe're supporting a fast-growing consultancy working with leading UK wealth management firms, helping them deliver and embed critical technology solutions.They're looking for an experienced Implementation & Business Readiness Consultant to join on an initial 6-month contract , playing a key role in ensuring technology change lands effectively across business operations.The RoleYou'll sit at the heart of delivery - working across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure implementations don't just go live, but genuinely stick.This is a hands-on role, owning business readiness activity end-to-end across one or more programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business readiness and operational transition activities across system implementationsDevelop and deliver communication, training, and adoption strategiesEngage and influence stakeholders across client organisations, building strong alignment and buy-inDesign and deliver training materials, workshops and user support contentWork closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth transition into BAUSupport post-go-live adoption and continuous improvement activityExperience RequiredStrong experience working on technology implementations within wealth management or financial adviceProven track record in business readiness, change, or transformation rolesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience delivering training and user adoption initiativesAbility to operate confidently in a client-facing, delivery-focused environmentExposure to platforms such as Intelliflo, Xplan, Curo (highly desirable)??
