Apply today and take the next step in your career with a company that values your commitment and rewards your expertise.About the Role Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for female Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to support a young woman in her home environment.She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs. HCAs will work alongside a Registered Nurse during the day to provide practical and emotional support, ensuring care is delivered safely and consistently.Youll provide person-centred care including:Assisting with mobility and transfersSupporting bowel care routines under RN guidanceHelping with personal care and daily living tasksProviding reassurance and calm, structured communicationSupporting activities such as shopping trips or light household tasksFeeding her cats and helping with small home tasks she cannot manageYoull be supported by clear protocols and a Nurse-led team to ensure you feel confident and equipped in your role.Why This Role Matters This is more than a care jobits about building trust and stability for someone who values clear communication and consistency.
