Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our reputable client in Dartford DA1.Reporting into Operations Manager you will ensure your team's daily activity is coordinated to achieve operational targets, whilst identifying areas for quality, cost, and service improvements across the site.You will lead and mentor a team to improve efficiencies and ensure operational activities are efficiently managed and reported to meet and exceed set contractual KPIs.You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and make sure that the highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved.You will be able to build and maintain strong relationship with customer.Working hours:Monday to Friday 06.00-14.30 / 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday 10.00-18.30/ 40 hours per weekCandidate:Our ideal candidates will come with demonstrable experience leading, managing, and motivating a team and will ideally come with some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and SAP.reliable, punctual and have a flexible approach to work.proven experience in a similar roleHealth and Safety awarenessexperience of running a shift / departmentexcellent written and verbal communication skillsgood PC skills / Excel and PowerPoint /strong leader who can motivate and develop a team to deliver positive results.positive attitudeBenefits:guaranteed hoursweekly pay - every FridayTemp to Perm opportunity.If you feel you have the necessary experience, please apply with an up-to-date version of your CVTPBN1_UKTJ
