HGV Class 1 Driver General Haulage & Palletised Distribution Description Millison Chase Limited is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing General Haulage and Palletised Distribution work with a number of leading transport and logistics clients.We are looking for professional Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to carry out deliveries and collections of palletised freight to distribution centres, manufacturing facilities, commercial premises, and warehouses throughout the UK.Drivers will typically complete 1 to 5 drops or collections per shift , depending on route allocation, customer locations, and delivery schedules. Work is varied and may include local, regional, or nationwide routes, offering a good mix of driving and customer interaction.Most freight is loaded and unloaded using forklift trucks; however, drivers may occasionally be required to assist with unloading using a tail lift and electric pump truck where customer facilities require it.
