You enjoy creating personalised treatment journeys rather than delivering the same treatment every day, and understand that tailored homecare recommendations and comprehensive treatment plans are just as important as the treatments themselves.As a clinic offering both holistic and clinical treatments, we're looking for a therapist with genuine experience across both worlds - someone equally comfortable delivering massage-based holistic treatments as performing advanced treatments like microneedling, lasers, and peels.Treatments IncludeHolistic and massage-based facial and body treatmentsBespoke facialsMicroneedlingLaser treatmentsChemical peelsLED therapyAdvanced skin rejuvenation treatmentsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum NVQ Level 4, ideally NVQ Level 5, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or an equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years' experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, or luxury skincare environmentGenuine experience in both holistic and clinical treatments - comfortable with massage-based treatments for face and body as well as advanced clinical proceduresStrong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincareExcellent consultation and communication skills, with confidence recommending treatment plans and homecareProfessional, organised, and client-focusedA positive team player with a genuine passion for skin healthThe ProcessSuccessful applicants will have an initial online conversation, followed by a practical trade test.This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.BSR Health are a Specialist Healthcare Agency.
