The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.The roleA fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruiter/LinkedIn Specialist to join Euro Car Parks on a permanent basis, to play a key role in attracting and sourcing high-quality candidates across our business. The role offers great progression and career path opportunities.Main ResponsibilitiesDuties will include:Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn search techniques and other online channels and platforms for roles across the business, including senior hiresOptimising LinkedIn opportunities to engage with candidatesCollaboration with hiring managersAdvertise job openings on careers pages and job boards and social networksScreen talent effectively with the Companys needs, to ensure only the best candidates are progressed to interviewInterview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone interviewsSetting up interviews for the hiring managers.Working closely with the hiring managers, HR Manager and Directors on the status of open positionsContributing to job descriptions and job ads, which are reflective of the companies tone and cultureAnswer candidates' queries regarding the application process via email and phoneSkills:Previous recruitment experience with a track record of success in a similar roleStrong hands on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.Knowledge of employer branding and LinkedIn content engagement.Demonstratable success in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other search platforms.Excellent administrative skills and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyExperience of working in a customer-facing roleAble to successfully network and build a talent pipeline.Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written, particularly good in composing emails to a professional business standard.IT literate Word and ExcelHas precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline.Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.Interested?If you feel you have the skills and qualities to undertake this role, please click apply.We are an equal opportunities employer.TPBN1_UKTJ
