Fabric Engineer - Temp to Perm OpportunityLocation: [Location]£22.00 per hour (Temporary) | £41,000 per annum (Permanent)Monday - Friday | Full TimeWe're currently recruiting for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management team on a temp-to-perm basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong building fabric background looking to secure a long-term position within a commercial environment.Key Responsibilities:Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive building fabric repairsCarpentry and joinery works including doors, locks, skirting and ironmongeryPainting, decorating and general making goodCeiling, flooring and partition repairsBasic plumbing and general maintenance dutiesBuilding inspections, fault finding and remedial repairsEnsuring all works are completed safely and to a high standardThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Building Maintenance Technician or Multi-TraderStrong carpentry/joinery and building fabric experienceExperience working within commercial Facilities ManagementGood fault-finding ability and attention to detailFull UK driving licence (if required)What's on Offer£22.00 per hour while temporaryPermanent salary of £41,000Monday to Friday working patternStable, long-term opportunity with a leading FM providerImmediate start availableIf you're an experienced Fabric Engineer looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
