Project Manager - Fit Out ContractorLocation: West LondonRate: £325 per dayDuration: 6-7 MonthsStart Date: ASAPWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable fit out contractor on a commercial project in West London .This is an immediate requirement on a 6-7 month contract , with a secured follow-on project in Central London commencing in September/October , providing excellent continuity of work.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit out works, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.The project has a strong focus on:Suspended ceilingsPartitioningJoineryInternal fit out packagesYour responsibilities will include:Managing site operations from start through to completionCoordinating subcontractors and site teamsManaging programme, quality and health & safetyLiaising with clients, consultants and the wider project teamMonitoring progress and resolving site issuesEnsuring works are delivered to programme and budgetManaging project documentation and reportingEssential RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit out projectsStrong background in suspended ceilings, partitioning and joineryExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectivelySMSTS (Essential)Black CSCS Card (Essential)First Aid at Work (Essential)What's on Offer£325 per dayImmediate start6-7 month contract in West LondonSecured follow-on project in Central London from September/OctoberOpportunity to work with a respected fit out contractor on high-quality commercial projectsApply: Ready to bring your expertise to the team?
