3rd Line Support EngineerLocation: Blackpool & Leeds (Onsite)Duration: 12 MonthsRate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)Travel Expenses PaidWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior 3rd Line IT Consultant to support a major IT systems separation programme within a manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team responsible for analysing, planning, and executing the separation of business-critical IT systems while ensuring continuity of operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and support the separation of IT systems and applications.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver separation plans.Understand system architecture, security, access controls, and data flows.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth transitions.Manage SDLC documentation and governance requirements.Lead application decommissioning and data archival activities where required.Provide occasional 2nd Line Support during key project phases.Travel between Blackpool and Leeds sites as needed.Required Skills & Experience7+ years' experience in IT, technology, or engineering environments.Strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile delivery practices.Experience delivering technical products, projects, or transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, LeanKit, ServiceNow, and asset management tools.Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes.DesirableManufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environment experience.GxP and SDLC knowledge.Azure, AWS, or Power Platform experience/certifications.TPBN1_UKTJ
