Hours per week: 35 hours per weekShift Pattern: 21:15 to 07:30, 3 shifts on, 3 shifts offWork Base: Site BasedIf you would like to arrange an informal meeting or have a discussion regarding the role, please contact Kat on 07972575868 .We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker, providing overnight support for our hostel-based accommodation service.As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring resident's safety, security, and wellbeing at night. You will be responsible for monitoring the building, responding appropriately to any concerns or incidents, and ensuring the safety of residents and the accommodation environment. You will provide reassurance and support to the people we work alongside when required, promoting house expectations.This role supports the delivery of our Intensive Housing Management service by maintaining accurate records, completing handovers, reporting repairs and concerns, monitoring risks, and helping ensure the smooth running of the service.Working closely with daytime teams, you will ensure continuity of support, respond to incidents in line with organisational policies, and manage safeguarding, health and safety, and emergency situations confidently and professionally. You will collaborate with colleagues, housing providers, emergency services, and partner agencies to deliver a safe, consistent, and person-centred service.We are looking for approachable, dependable individuals who are committed to supporting vulnerable adults. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
