Great Baddow (Hybrid - 2/3 Days On-Site) | Up to £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits An exciting opportunity has become available for an AI/ML Researcher to join an advanced research and innovation team developing next-generation Artificial Intelligence solutions for complex Defence, National Security and commercial challenges. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge research across areas including Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Graphs, Agentic AI and Graph Machine Learning. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, academic partners and industry experts to develop innovative AI capabilities, create proof-of-concept solutions and contribute to research that has real-world impact. The role is based in Great Baddow with hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site.
