Drivers will be involved in delivering and collecting staging, event structures and associated equipment at venues throughout the UK.Most work will involve tramping , making this an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy working away and being part of major events nationwide.Key Responsibilities Complete nationwide deliveries and collections of event equipmentAssist with loading and unloading vehicles at customer sitesCarry out daily vehicle safety checks before and after each shiftComplete delivery paperwork accuratelyRepresent both Recruit A Driver and our client professionallyComply with Driver Hours, Working Time Regulations and all road transport legislationRequirements Valid UK driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category (Van, 7.5 Tonne, Class 2 or Class 1)Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card (7.5 Tonne, Class 2 and Class 1)Digital Tachograph Card where requiredRecent commercial driving experience preferredA flexible approach to nationwide work and regular nights awayPhysically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading event equipmentReliable, professional and safety-focused approachWhy Work With Recruit A Driver?
