Location: Manchester (M23)Pay: £13.45 per hour (PAYE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15am 3:00pm (36.25 hours per week) Contract: 12 Weeks Temporary with Permanent OpportunityLynx Employment Services are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy environmental services team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity offering regular weekday hours with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.### The RoleYou'll be working as part of a grounds maintenance team carrying out a variety of landscaping and maintenance duties across the local area.Duties include:Grass cutting using pedestrian mowersStrimming and edgingHedge cuttingLeaf blowing and general grounds maintenanceOperating small grounds maintenance equipment safelyDriving company vehicles to and from work locations### Essential RequirementsFull UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonnes) Essential Experience using grounds maintenance equipment such as pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters and blowers Reliable with a good work ethic Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions ### DesirableExperience driving a tipper vehicle with trailer ### What's on Offer?£13.45 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday working no weekend shifts Regular daytime hours Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks Immediate start availableTPBN1_UKTJ
